There are a few on the market that provide this and don't care what you use it for. Obtain a subscription to a vpn via a company that doesn't keep logs, (ideally) shares public ip (so traffic cannot be isolated to a single user) and configure it correctly - ie: If the vpn product fails and looses its connection, then it should stop ALL network activity beyond your local subnet or computer. But since that's not a solution to the problem, I propose another for the purposes of knowledge and your right to privacy. I also agree that the best answer has been given - ie: unplug. More so, if you find something that you like, I ask that you go and buy it. I do not condone or support the downloading of any copyrighted material.
Once said, I do not believe anyone here is suggesting you use the product illegally, or in any way law enforcement would consider unacceptable. The very use of the program (as many people choose to use it) is considered illegal in many countries - so it makes sense that someone would come here to seek how to protect themselves in general. With respect to other posters I disagree what is being asked is outside the scope of utorrent in this forum.
